Manufacturing & Quality

Manufacturing Process

At PowerNext, our manufacturing process is designed to ensure precision, consistency, and compliance with international electrical standards. From engineering design to final inspection, every stage is carefully controlled to deliver high-quality low voltage panel assemblies.

The process begins with a detailed engineering review of project requirements, electrical specifications, and applicable standards. Our engineering team develops:
  • Single Line Diagrams (SLD)
  • Panel General Arrangement (GA) drawings
  • Busbar layouts and protection schemes
  • Component selection based on project specifications

All designs are prepared to ensure safe operation, system reliability, and future scalability.

Copper or aluminum busbars are manufactured and assembled according to the required electrical ratings and short-circuit capacity.
The process includes:
  • Busbar cutting and bending
  • Insulation and support installation
  • Phase separation and clearances
  • Busbar identification and labeling

Proper busbar design ensures efficient current flow, thermal stability, and fault withstand capability .

All electrical components are installed according to the approved panel layout and wiring diagrams. Components typically include:
  • Air Circuit Breakers (ACB)
  • Molded Case Circuit Breakers (MCCB)
  • Miniature Circuit Breakers (MCB)
  • Contactors and relays
  • Metering devices and protection systems
Each component is securely mounted to maintain mechanical stability and operational safety.
Control and power wiring are carried out following standardized wiring practices. This stage includes:
  • Cable routing through trunking or ducts
  • Ferruling and labeling of all wires
  • Proper termination and tightening
  • Separation of power and control circuits

Organized wiring improves serviceability, troubleshooting, and long-term reliability.

Before dispatch, every panel undergoes a series of inspections and tests to verify its functionality and compliance.
Typical tests include:
  • Visual and mechanical inspection
  • Insulation resistance testing
  • Functional testing of control circuits
  • Verification of protection devices
  • Tightness and torque checks

Testing ensures that each assembly is fully operational and safe for installation.

After successful testing, the panels are cleaned, labeled, and prepared for safe transportation. Documentation and inspection records are finalized prior to shipment.

This ensures that every Powernext panel is delivered ready for installation and reliable long-term operation.
